We may offer services to businesses in the future, but currently, our focus is on individual clients.

6. Payments and Refunds

We accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle through our website or Point of Sale (PoS) device. You can also purchase and redeem gift cards on our website. When you purchase any digital product (including training modules, courses, etc.) on this website, you are responsible for the product price, any applicable sales taxes, and processing fees. Please ensure you provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date billing and payment information.

If you choose a payment plan or recurring subscription, it is your responsibility to keep your payment method on file and updated. We will attempt to notify you before your payment method expires. If your payment fails due to an expired or declined card, you agree to pay the outstanding balance immediately, including any late fees and collection costs (e.g., attorney fees).

 

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with a full refund or cancellation option. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

 

7. Website Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the website and Products. However, your access may occasionally be restricted for scheduled maintenance, service improvements, or unforeseen technical issues. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, create derivative works, translate, transmit, post, republish, exploit, copy, or otherwise use our Products for any commercial or non-personal use.

This License is non-transferable and for individual use only. If we discover any violation of the Terms of Service in this Agreement, including violation of your License, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Products and invoice you for any damages.

16. Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. We may terminate this Agreement, restrict, deny, or suspend your access to the website and all Products, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:

  • Non-payment of fees.

  • Prohibited or illegal activity.

  • Inactivity for an extended period.
